on an outstanding bench warrant from Hickman County District Court. Warrant charges Shelton with Contempt of Court--Failure to Appear. Shelton was processed, transported and lodged
in the Fulton County Detention Center.
Officers located an
open door at a business on Lake Street.
Building secured, everything appeared to be in order.

a subject regarding the railroad blocking the roadway. Subject referred to the Fulton County

Officers received a
report of a suspicious male subject following some employees around at a
business on Lake Street. Subject was
gone upon officers arrival.
Officers assisted
the Fulton Fire Department with a structure fire on West Third Street.
Officers spoke with
a subject attempting to serve subpoenas for a civil case. Subject was filling them out wrong and was
advised to correct the issue. Subject
left.

a subject at the police department regarding a domestic situation. Situation resolved for the time being.
Officers worked
traffic containment assisting in blocking off some flooded streets. Northeast Drive, Meadowview, Mears Street
viaduct, West State Line in front of Marine Oil were temporarily flooded.
Officers received a
complaint of a vehicle stuck in the grassy lot around the Fourth Street. Subject issued a juvenile citation [see
below].
Officers responded
to a commercial burglary alarm on Lake Street.
Everything was fine, accidentally set off by subjects supposed to be
there.
Officers received a
complaint of subjects throwing rocks at vehicles near the weigh station. Two subjects located and one was arrested for
outstanding warrants.

arrested during the call of subjects throwing rocks at vehicles near the weigh
station. Pruitt was arrested for some
outstanding warrants. Pruitt was charged
with Contempt of Court--Failure to
Appear and Theft By Unlawful Taking
Under $500.00. Pruitt was processed,
transported and lodged in the Fulton County Detention Center. Investigation still on-going reference to
criminal charges of Wanton Endangerment for the rock throwing.
