black ice was the culprit. Report taken.

. Officers received a complaint of vandalism from Carr Street. Extra watch requested

for location.

. Officers served one subpoena for Fulton District Court.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported child sexual abuse investigation.

. Officers assisted the Twin Cities Ambulance Service with an EMS call on Middle Road.

. Officers spoke with a subject regarding some criminal mischief on Martin Luther King Jr.

. Terrance L. Warlick--[B/M/A; 39 years of age] of Fulton, Kentucky was arrested as a

result of a drug investigation after a traffic stop. Officers located just short of 14 grams

of crack cocaine on Mr. Warlick. Warlick was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled

Substance 1st Degree [Cocaine] and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance within 100

Feet of a School. Warlick was processed, transported and lodged in the Fulton County

Detention Center.

  • Officers investigated a third caller requesting help and that that person was suicidal and was about to inhale ammonia and Bleach. That person in question was in Tennessee and was assisted by the Ten authorizes.
  • Officers escorted a Business to the Bank
  • Officers responded to a disturbance between two people over clothes.

  • Officers received a complaint of an assault from subject on Redbud Lane. Report taken and incident followed up on. Subject referred to the Fulton County Attorney for warrant/summons for the incident.
  • Officers responded to a 911 hang up on Eddings Street. Everything was fine, believed to be phone line issues as result of the accumulated rain.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported forgery investigation.
  • Officers received an extra watch request from a resident on Maple Street.
  • Officers received a complaint of an intoxicated subject near the area of Carr Street and Third Street. Officers checked the area but the subject had moved on.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported drug investigation.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported robbery investigation.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported burglary investigation.
  • Officers responded to a disturbance on Lake Street. Situation was resolved and subject left the area voluntarily.
  • Officers received a complaint of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Wells Avenue. Everything was fine, no altercation, just several family members gathering for the holidays. Subjects advised that they would keep the noise down.
  • Officers received a call of a subject that had brandished a weapon during an incident on the road while in Graves County. Subject was located and stopped on the Purchase Parkway. Officers detained the subject until Troopers arrived to speak with him.
  • Officers received a call of an intoxicated driver on Broadway Street in South Fulton. Officers checked the KY side, as well as SFPD officers on theirs. Unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted the South Fulton Police Department in searching a residence on McCall Street.
  • Officers assisted the Fulton County Sheriff's Office with a traffic accident investigation at Parkway Regional Hospital.
  • Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm on West State Line Road. Building was secure and everything appeared to be in order.

  • A Back pack was found that contain ingredients to produce Methamphetamine.
  • Received a complaint of a wanted person that was driving on North Highland drive. Officers could not locate the vehicle.
  • Received a complaint of Juveniles throwing objects from a Truck near the Wal-Mart parking lot. Officers could not locate the vehicle.
  • Officers answered a complaint  in reference to a burglary at a residence in Fulton. Officers found that it was not a burglary, only to find that the ceiling gave way to a roof that was leaking.

Officers checked the area but could not locate it.

. Officers received a complaint of a trespasser loading up items on Railroad Property.

Subject located and advised to leave the area at request of railroad.

. Officers received a complaint of a suspicious male subject at a church on Carr Street.

Subject had left the area before staff realized it. Everything appeared to be in order.

. Officers received a complaint of subjects removing items from a vacant house

[scheduled to be demolished] on East State Line Road. Subjects were gone before

officers arrived.

. Officers spoke with a subject at the police department for follow up information on a

previously reported theft.

. Officers received a complaint of a reckless driver on the Purchase Parkway. Officers

checked the area but could not locate the vehicle.

. Officers performed a welfare check on Holiday Lane after KSP Post 1 could not get

through to a subject on the phone. Everything was fine, phone line issues.

. Officers spoke with a subject on Cedar Street regarding harassment and the

procurement of a protection order. Subject referred to the Fulton County Attorney.

. Officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle heading south on the Purchase

Parkway. Officers waited for arrival, but the vehicle had turned off prior to Fulton.

. Officers received a report of a subject driving recklessly in the mornings on East State

Line Road. Information obtained for future follow up.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported theft investigation.

. Officers received a complaint of parking issues on Valley Street. Public Works crews

working on cleaning out the ditch.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported prescription drug investigation.

. Officers received a report of a wanted subject in the area of Vine Street. Subject

could not provide or know the wanted person's name or address.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported burglary investigation.

. Officers received a complaint of an intoxicated subject causing a disturbance on

Street. Dog was picked up and brought to the police department where it was later

picked up by Paws N Claws.

. Officers received information regarding a suspicious subject going door to door in the

area of North College Street. Subject had already moved out of the area.

. Officers received a complaint of a suspicious group of juveniles in the parking lot of

Ferry Morse Seed Company. Subjects gone before officers arrived.

. Officers received a complaint of some suspicious subjects near the church on

Eastwood Drive. Subjects checked out. Train hoppers looking for shelter. Subjects

advised to move on before they wound up with a free breakfast from the County

served by Jailer Parnell's staff.

. Officers responded to a suspicious subject in the area of West Fourth Street. Subject

checked out and advised to move on.

. Officers received a complaint of false advertising by a business on West Highland

Luther King Jr. Drive. Officers checked the area but no one was around.
. Officers received a complaint of a truck and trailer blocking traffic on Wells Avenue.
Vehicle had moved on before officers arrived.

. Officers assisted the Fulton Fire Department at a structure fire on Jackson Street.
. Officers received a complaint of some criminal mischief on Eddings Street.
. Officers received a complaint of a shoplifter who had fled on foot from Wal-Mart.
Subject apprehended by the pond near Parkway Regional Hospital. Subject later got
out of the patrol car and fled again. Warrants obtained for the subject. Officers did
learn of an accomplice who later turned himself in and was issued a criminal citation
for his role in the shoplifting.
. Officers responded to a disturbance on Van Lea Drive. One party had already left the
residence. Situation was resolved.
. Officers received information from the Fulton County Sheriff's Office of a subject
wanted on outstanding warrants. Officers checked the area but were unable to
locate at this time.
. Officers received a complaint of a subject in a wheelchair on Middle Road. Officers
unable to locate subject.
. Officers received a request for cat trap placement on Van Lea. Referred to the
Animal Control Officer upon his return.
. Officers received a complaint of a tan and whit dog running loose in the area of
Harding Court. Officers were unable to locate the dog.
. Officers checked out a report of a possible prowler on Friendship Drive. No one was
around or near the residence.

was located and was in Hickman County. Subject assisted in obtaining a wrecker.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported vandalism investigation.

. Officers received a request for trap placement [cat problems] on Van Lea Drive.

. Officers assisted the South Fulton Police Department on Haven Street in South Fulton.

One subject was arrested by them.

. Officers followed up on a previously reported drug investigation.

. Officers assisted the South Fulton Police Department at a disturbance complaint on

West Paducah Street.

. Officers responded to a 911 hang up on Fifth Street. Everything was okay, accidentally

dialed.

complaint on West Paducah Street. One subject arrested.

. Officers received a report of a missing juvenile from a subject on Vine Street. Juvenile

  • Officers responded to a complaint of a traffic accident on Middle Road.  Officers checked the area but could not locate the scene.  Information later obtained that the subjects had already left before officers arrived.
  • Officers checked on a report of a train derailment near the railroad yard.  Incident occurred on the Tennessee side of the old State Line.  No injuries reported to this department.  No hazardous or harmful cargo. 
  • Officers responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at Wal-Mart.  One male subject arrested for theft [see below].
  • Officers followed up on a stolen debit card investigation.
  • Officers received a report of a couple of bicyclists causing traffic issues on US Highway 51.  Officers located the subjects and escorted them into town to ensure their safety.
  • Officers received a complaint of an attempted burglary on Second Street.  Information obtained for the investigation.
  • Officers received a request for extra patrol in the Deepwood subdivision as a result of a reported prowler the day before.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported theft investigation.
  • Officers received a report of an intoxicated driver in the area of North College Street.  Officers checked the area but could not locate the subject.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported prescription drug investigation.
  • Officers worked a minor traffic accident on Pearl Street.  Report taken.
  • Officers received a complaint of a stolen handbag on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.  Officers arrived and began investigation.  Handbag located, subject had mislaid it.  No report.
  • Officers received a complaint of a disturbance on Sunset Drive.  Loud noises emanating were from the workers still working on cleaning up the debris from the derailment.
  • Officers received a 911 hang up on Cook Avenue.  Everything was fine.  Phone line issues.
  • Officers had a subject come in to report some vandalism on Arch Street.  Subject left before officers could arrive.
  • Officers received a report of a prowler on East Cavitt Lane.  South Fulton PD notified.
  • Officers received a call of a suspicious situation regarding a male subject who had gotten lost at Wal-Mart.  Subject was not lost, just his itinerary had changed due to arrest for shoplifting.  No report.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported vehicle theft investigation.

  • Officers received a report of suspicious activity at a building on Kentucky 307.  Officers checked the building out and everything appeared to be in order.
  • Officers responded to a 911 hang up on Reed Street.  Everything was fine, appeared to be phone line issue.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported burglary and theft investigation.
  • Officers checked out a couple of suspicious subjects at a business on West State Line Road.
  • Officers spoke with a subject on West Seventh Street regarding some domestic issues.  Subject was advised to speak with an attorney as the matter was civil in nature.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of a disabled tractor trailer on US Highway 51.  Officers checked the area out and the vehicle was visible from a safe distance.  Subject had already made arrangements for repairs.
  • Officers followed up on previously reported stolen vehicles investigation.
  • Officers received information regarding a wanted subject.  Officers unable to locate subject as of this time.
  • Officers checked out a suspicious vehicle parked at a business on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.  Subject had run out of gas and had made arrangements to obtain some.

  • Officers received a complaint of an extremely intoxicated subject at Parkway Regional Hospital.  Subject was arrested [see below].
  • Officers received an animal complaint regarding two dogs running loose in the area of Eddings Street.  Dogs were gone upon officer arriving.
  • Officers followed up on a previously reported theft investigation.
  • Officers received a call of a suspicious subject in the area of Harris Drive.  Business was on the Tennessee side and South Fulton PD was notified.
  • Officers located a tree on fire on Airport Road and extinguished the fire.  Fulton Fire Department called to saturate the area with water to be on the safe side.

  • Officers received a report of some found property at business on Nolan Avenue.  Property retrieved and is secured at the police station awaiting pickup by owner.

  • Amanda K. McKnight--[white female adult; 23 years old] of Fulton, Kentucky was arrested after turning herself in on an outstanding bench warrant from Fulton District Court.  McKnight was charged with Contempt of Court--Failure to Appear.  McKnight was processed, transported and lodged in the Fulton County Detention Center.

  • Officers worked a two vehicle non-injury collision off of Middle Road.
  • Officers received a complaint regarding some criminal mischief to a residence on Third Street.  Offending juvenile identified and arrangements made between parent and victim regarding repairs.
  • Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Vernon Avenue.  Situation was resolved by officers.
  • Officers received a report of a possible intoxicated driver heading into town on US Highway 45.  Vehicle located and stopped.  Driver was not intoxicated.
  • Officers received a complaint of some criminal mischief from a residence on O.K. Clifton Drive.  Report taken, residence added to extra patrol listing.
  • Officers responded to a complaint of a traffic issue at 3 J's Food Mart.  Semi had damaged some curbing attempting to turn around.  Information obtained and a report taken.
  • Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm on Nolan Avenue.  Building was secured and everything appeared to be in proper order.
  • Officers responded to another [unrelated to above listed call] domestic disturbance on Vernon Avenue.  Situation was resolved, male subject left the residence.

  • Officers responded to a Residential burglary alarm. It was found the alarm was set off by the owner.
  • Officers responded to the Purchase Parkway in reference to debris that was in the highway. The debris was moved.
  • Officers investigated a theft that involved someone taking a cell phone from a victim.
  • Officers walked through a vacant house on Fairview. Officers received information that a person or person were inside the house during the night hours. No one was found in the house.
  • Officers escorted a business to the Bank.
  • Officers received a complaint that in the area of West Fifth Street that someone was removing the cable wiring.

  • .A person brought to the Police Station one Cat and it was taken to Paws and Claws Rescue


Arrests:

  • Officers received information that a child was not in a Child restraints while riding in a vehicle. The driver was stopped on North Highland Drive. The driver Jowyne Brown DOB 08-20-1982, B/female a resident of Fulton, was driving on Suspended Licenses. Her one year old child was not in her child restraints and the driver had no Car Insurance. She was arrested and charged with driving on suspended operator’s licensees, failure to use a child Restraint device and no insurance.  Jowyne Brown was transported to the Fulton County Detention Center and Lodged.

    *Michael Rouse, DOB:  04-02-1980, W/male, resident OF South Fulton Tennessee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Michael Rouse was transported and lodged at the Fulton County Detention Center.

Officers completed two funeral escorts for Hornbeak Funeral home.

Officers responded to a disturbance on Arch Street. Officers resolved the situation.

Officers responded to Eddings street in reference to a complaint in reference to someone ringing door bells.

Officers responded to Purchase Parkway near the weigh Station looking for a DUI driver. The driver of the vehicle was not found.

Officers responded to the Housing Authority alarm. The alarm was set off by an employee.

Officers escort a business to the bank.

Officers took a report of an assault (Fight) that occurred between two juveniles.

Officers recovered marijuana that was found at a local business parking lot.

Officers received complaints of speeders on the East Sate Line between Martin Luther King drive and East Drive.

Officers received complaints of stop sign violators on Lake Street and Commercial.

Officers served a Emergency Protective Order with the assistance of Kentucky State Police.

Officers received a complaint in reference to a female losing her wallet at the Dollar Store. The female in question that reported the wallet lost , found her wallet and nothing was taken from it.

Officers took a report from a victim stating that someone had stolen his food stamps.

Officers investigated a minor Traffic Collision at Park and Second Street.

Officers responded to the area of Wal-Mart in reference to a complainant stating that a person was pointing a gun from a vehicle. Officers arrived finding nothing.

Officers took a report of a stolen purse from a vehicle in the area of the First Baptist Church parking lot.

Officers took a report of someone stealing a portable generator from the back yard of 411 Fourth Street.

Officers responded to Purchase Parkway in reference to several large hay bales falling off of a truck. It took two hours to clear the scene of the incident.

Officers investigated a theft of a man’s wallet. The person in question left his wallet lying on a counter top inside Wal-Mart and when he returned to claim his wallet someone had stolen it. Officers are following up with the investigation and hopefully will have this case solved by using the video system in Wal-Mart to find the thief. 

Officers responded to Arch Street in reference to a female calling and stating that her brother had her shoes and would not give them back. Officers took care of the situation.

Officers escorted a business to the Bank.

Officers assisted Ems in reference to a person  that had passed out on Third Street.

Officers investigated a burglary at 3-Jays.

Officers received a call to respond to the State Line in front of Bucks Party mart in reference to people screaming and yelling. The incident was in South Fulton across the street from Bucks Party Mart.
