Lewis D. Patrick
(December
9, 1924 – June 30, 2011)
Mr. Lewis D. Patrick, 86,
died Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Haws Memorial Rehab & Nursing Facility.
Mr. Patrick was a member
of the Crutchfield
Baptist Church
and had retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a carrier. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having
served in World War II. He was also a
farmer and had lived in the area all of his life.
He is survived by his
daughter, Linda Patrick of Fulton, KY; a son, Larry Patrick of Bartlett, TN; 3
grandchildren and their spouses, Jason and Jaime Patrick of Covington, TN,
Brian and Taffy Martin of Memphis, TN, and Tisha Martin of Barlett, TN; 3
great-grandchildren, Colin Patrick and Riki Byler, both of Covington, TN, and
Anne-Marie Martin of Memphis, TN.
He was preceded in death
by his wife, Martha Louise (Richardson)
Patrick; his parents, Otta (Apperson) and Charles Arnold Patrick; a daughter,
Diane Patrick; and 2 brothers, Elvis Leon Patrick and Lester Patrick.
Funeral services will be
held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2011, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY. Burial will be in Pleasant View
Memorial Gardens. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 2,
2011, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
