Nettie A. Hyland

Mrs. Nettie A. Hyland, 97,
formerly of South Fulton, TN,
died Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at Golden Living Center
in Union City, TN.
Mrs. Hyland was a member
of First Baptist
Church in Fulton,
KY, and was the owner of Hyland Daycare
Center. She had also
worked in the cafeteria for South Fulton
schools and had lived in the area all of her life.
She is survived by 2
daughters, Rose Cekander of San Diego, CA, and Anita Hyland of Covington,
TN; a son, Pat Hyland of St. Louis, MO;
7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death
by her husband, J.P. Hyland; her parents, John and Ella (Gross) Penick, 7
brothers, 2 sisters, and 2 half brothers.
Funeral services will be
held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2011, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, with
burial in Obion County
Memorial Gardens
in Union City, TN.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday,
July 8, 2011.
