Bobby Lee Fulcher, 79, of Union City died Jan. 30, 2014, at Van Ayer Manor Nursing Home in Martin.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with White-Ranson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Dr. Bobby Williams will officiate. There will be no visitation.
He was born July 1, 1934, in Obion County, son of the late Luke and Georgie (Taylor) Fulcher. He married the former Ella Mae Pinion Aug. 21, 1952. She passed away March 23, 2009. He was a retired employee of the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Doyle Nash of Union City; his brother, Norman Fulcher of South Fulton; and two sisters, Sandra Marlar of Union City and Vicki Fulcher of Rives. He was preceded in death by his brother, J.B. Fulcher.
Hickman County High School’s Project Graduation will be hosting a prom dress consignment sale on February 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We will have vendors there to meet all your prom needs.
Bring your dress, shoes or jewelry to sell! To sell an item, you will pay one flat rate, NO PERCENTAGES! $10.00 per dress, $5.00 per pair of shoes and $5.00 for jewelry.
All proceeds will benefit Project Grad

Mrs. Helen Ruth Westbrooks, age 87 of Clinton passed away 1:37 AM Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF Nursing Home. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and she was a cafeteria worker at the Hickman County High School. She is survived by her husband, Sylvester Westbrooks of Clinton; 2 Sons, Jimmy Westbrooks and Randy “Crow” Westbrooks both of Clinton and 3 Grandchildren, Jeremy Westbrooks, Jennifer Westbrooks and Tyler Westbrooks all of Clinton and 3 Great Grandchildren.
