Seven Coffee & Christian Gifts Ribbon Cutting Held


On Friday, January 31st the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Fulton’s newest Coffee & Christian Gift store. Seven Coffee & Christian Gifts is located at 420 Lake Street in Fulton, KY. They offer elicious coffee drinks and an assortment of Christian gift items.

Obituary – Russell Mitchell

Mr. Samuel Russell Mitchell, 70 of Clinton passed away Sunday,  February 2, 2014 at 11:58 PM at the residence of his son, Scott Mitchell.  Mr. Mitchell was retired from the Hickman County Road Department as a Transport Officer.    He was of Baptist faith.  Mr. Mitchell is survived by his son, Scott (Lai Ann) Mitchell;  a grandson, Brett Mitchell of Clinton and a granddaughter, Madison Mitchell of Clinton.


Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Jackson Mitchell and his parents John Wesley and Elizabeth Smith Mitchell.


Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 11 A M at the Brown Funeral Chapel in Clinton.  Rev. Paul Murphy will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery.    Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.   Donations can be made to St. Jude Children Research, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN  38148-0142.  R D Brown Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.

Upcoming Event – West Tennessee Photographers Guild – Feb. 13th
