Stolen Vehicle from State Route 1127 / 166
(Fulton Co. KY) On Saturday, February 22, 2014 the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a stolen vehicle report on State Route 1127 / 166 from the farm of John Sowell. The vehicle belonged to John Sowell he state that sometime between 02/21/14 & 02/22/14 a 2000 Chevrolet Z-71 pickup truck had been stolen from his property. A person of interest was given. The Fulton County Dispatch Center put out a BOLO report.
Later that evening the vehicle was spotted and stopped in the City limits of Fulton, KY by the Fulton Police Department. The driver identified as Trey Dean and passenger Raymond K Weatherly were arrested by FPD officers.
Dean and Weatherly were charge with the following.
Trey P Dean (white male) of Dresden, TN, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol / drugs .08, 1st offense, and receiving stolen property under $10,000.00.
Raymond K Weatherly (white male) of Fulton, KY, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st / 2nd offense, theft by unlawful taking or disposition under $500.00, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $500.00 or more but under $10,000.00
Both subjects were transport to the Fulton County Detention Center by the Fulton Police Department.
