Fulton Police make two meth related arrests

Meth lab april 15th 2014 Kingsway Motel

Recent Narcotics investigation by the Fulton Police Department led to the arrest of Sherrie Ann Fraley w/female Dob; 1975 resident of Ironton Ohio and Thurman Harshbarger 3rd Dob; 1977 aka Lowell f. Ratliff Jr. w/male resident of Laurens Ohio. A search of a room at the Kingsway motel previously rented by the supsects in Fulton on April 15, 2014 on or about 11:43 am led to the arrest by discovering an active methamphetamine lab and ingredients used to manufacture meth. The Kentucky State Police was notified and assisted the Fulton Police Department in processing the crime scene by removing the active methamphetamine lab with the methamphetamine crime unit.

Charges:

  • Sherrie Ann Fraley w/female Dob; 1975 resident of Ironton Ohio

1.     Manufacturing methamphetamine

2.     Possession controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine

3.     Possession of drug paraphernalia

  •  Thurman Harshbarger 3rd Dob; 1977 aka Lowell f. Ratliff Jr. w/male resident of Laurens Ohio

1.     Manufacturing methamphetamine

2.     Possession controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine

3.     Possession of drug paraphernalia

4.     Theft of identity
