Obituary – William Arthur “Bill” Lee

Mr. William Arthur “Bill” Lee, 59, of San Bernardino, CA formerly of Fulton died Friday, April 18, 2014
Services will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at St. Paul AME Church with Rev. Leroy Brent officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.
William Arthur Lee was born to Mr. and Mrs. Percy Lee on June 1, 1954.
He attended Milton and Carr Elementary Schools and graduated from Fulton High School. He graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. He was a member of St. Paul AME Church.
He was the retired owner of OJB Construction of San Bernardino, CA.
He is survived by his son, Christian Lee of Long Beach CA; father, Mr. Percy Lee of Fulton, KY; uncle, Mr. Jimmie Joe Kelso (Mary Lou) of Olathe KS; aunt, Evelyn Kelso of Battle Creek MI; brothers, Perry (Brenda) Lee of Miami FL, Percy C. (Helen) Lee and Kent D. (Kathy) Lee both of Fulton, KY; sisters, Enid M. (NL) Allen of San Diego, CA, Joyce K. Weeks of Lexington, KY and Rosalind B. (Alvin) Sanders of Atlanta, Ga and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Lillian Ray Kelso Lee; brother, Melvin Lee and two special brothers-in-law, Staff Sergeant James H. Gordon and Dr. Samuel M. Weeks.

    I just learned of Bill’s passing. We met a few years ago sailing the British Virgin Islands seas. He lived life passionately. Please pass this information onto his son, whom he loved him dearly.
